check the xfce-dock configuration dialogue. ok so the panel integration applet that links dockbarx to the xfce-dock is still there, but... dockbarx is gone? what. why

ok it's a python error in the make when it fails. so maybe it's a python issue...? i don't know shit about python. accept failure. install alternate dock.
alternate dock is docklike. it's okay. i am still annoyed though. back to google.

it's been an hour and now my computer is back to what it was like an hour ago. and that's computing baby
