I especially love how the sunset's lighting gives the town such a cozy vibe. Violette is also looking reeeaaally fantastic - body shapes, clothing, the whole shebang!

I was initially picking between the golden hour and noon, but I soon realized not only could I do infinitely more fun lighting, but it's all in my favorite color range too... so golden hour it was! And yeah I've been blasted with Violette thoughts recently and just HAD to draw her in her signature outfit...
gosh the lighting here... she looks cool as hell. the blurring of the bg helps violette to stand out. seriously, great job on this 👍

I really like the lighting here, it gives the picture this bold but welcoming feeling. And I like her outfit too, it has this punk kinda feeling that's super cool. You did a great job with the textures on the pavement and the blurring of the distant buildings, gives it a nice sense of extra detail

You're very welcome! Oh I see- I think noontime lighting could totally work here but I think the golden hour colours create a wonderful mood, so it was certainly a good choice
Violette actually isn't all that big! I believe shes 3'6" or so (would have to check my character notes). She was only big before cause I felt like macroing her, I just did a low angle here for funsies
