Hey y'all! I'm Froey. I'm a southern non-binary transfemme (she/they) living in the Bible Belt around my early 30s (as of 2024.) I have a lot of hobbies and interests, but primarily I am both a writer and indie visual novel developer.

Previously I have two released visual novels from two past (trans gal) game jams: A Night Out (2016) and Reconnected (2022). They center around a young trans woman named Elle (she's in the illustration above!) and focus on various parts of her life.

This year I have started development on my first big visual novel, a sequel to both previous visual novels titled: Those We Keep Close. I have spent all of 2023 writing for this project and have begun development this year. You can read all about it here as I am looking to release a public demo some time this year!
Outside of game development, I have a multitude of interests and hobbies which include...
- Gaming and game collecting (a lot of stuff from the PS1 and PS2 generations!)
- I read books as well, mostly involving lesbian and/or trans femme characters.
- Anime and manga, mostly older stuff.
- Data hoarding, mainly to preserve media which is slowly being lost.
- I am a budget audiophile, mostly a headphone user with a love for music!
(I also record and compose sounds on freesound.org for free use!) - and in general... I'm a geek. I love older 'not smart' tech from the 80s to 2000s and always open to learning about older tech that is open, repairable, and reliable to this day compared to modern 'smart' solutions.
