This doesn't surprise any folks who know me
Hello! This is a series to spotlight games with good music within it, but I seldom hear discussed. The games themselves aren't necessarily good, interesting, or released, but the jams are hot despite this.
The tag is #HotJamsOfGaming, if you wish to follow/mute!
My goal is for folks spend just a couple minutes listening to the music here and possibly following up with the rest of the OST. With current internet culture: If I have to keep someone for more than 5 minutes, I've lost them. Especially when it comes to making someone watch or listen to something. :-)
This was an OST that my friend, NerdJosh, got me on. I heard it, I enjoyed it, but it went on the mental back burner.
It wasn't until the 2022 Steam release that I decided to give the game a try. I knew I enjoyed the OST so I figured "what the heck?" Hearing the music in-game with graphics that look great even today, I fell in love and I wanted to play it more. I learned to 1CC it, and it wasn't enough; I learned to speedrun the game.
The music kept my energy in the game but now I'm in the weird spot where I only hear so much of each song. It's sometimes weird to listen to the entire OST because I forget what songs sounds like. 😂
Nonetheless, lots of cool spy-jazz and intrigue tunes, laying heavy on the brass to give it more anthem-like feel and bass to give it the smooth action feel. You'll feel like an agent on a mission.
