I dunno if this is something other people feel as strongly about as me, but it's something that's REALLY annoying to me. Like a huge streaming faux pas, in the same vein as "oh hey NAME is on", just really rude shit to do to a streamer.

If I'm ending stream and I go "let's see who streaming, and I'll send you on over to them", I get people sometimes who go "Oh, NAME is streaming!"

This is an issue for me for a few reasons. One, maybe I don't know that person. Now I feel awkward NOT choosing your friend/person you're a fan of. Or maybe, I DO really like them, and raid them often, buuuut I'm looking at the list of people I can raid, and I saw someone else I wanted to raid. And maybe I even said "okay, let's go raid NAME2", then look back saw you say NAME1. Now what do I do? Well, I feel like shit that I can raid two people lol

I know this prolly seems really silly but it happens at the end of 70% of my streams. Just don't suggest people to raid, chat. I promise the Streamer is a big boi who can do it herself.

a lot of us are already doing our best to navigate the obstacles that come with putting on a performance AND maintaining professional/cordial/friendly relationships with our colleagues, please don't make it harder

yeah its :K for sure. streamers i watch will have a "guide the raid" redeamable for channel points as a way to be like "dont bother unless youre a real head" but it might be worth putting in the rules or something
