NB Heart Breakers is a 3D fighter from Family Pro, the kings of Korean PC gaming in the 90s. Very much their take on Street Fighter EX, with 3D characters in a mostly 2D playfield. It's not just the gameplay and graphics that are drawing from Street Fighter EX though - the music gave their house composers a chance to channel their inner Capcom sound team, and I love it for it. Some fun tracks here.
And as for the game itself? Pretty cool, give it a go IMO. I got it working fine on Windows 10.
