Here's to next year's growth 🌹

A little something for my fellow Olds to close out the year.
Phantasy Star IV is the other JRPG that had a major influence on me when I was younger.

Here's a recap of some of my favourite drawings I did this year, month by month!

Wow I drew a lot more than I thought this year! I also experimented a lot, especially when it comes to colouring, and I'm really excited to keep going in this more vibrant & colourful direction! And don't worry, the shading will return in time :3

I wanna keep pushing things next year, getting further into being honestly myself when it comes to art subject matter! This year I began to push down mental barriers that held me back, and I wanna keep doing it, because as cliche as it sounds; the best drawings are the ones where I'm being 100% honest with myself and not limiting what I draw based on what I think people will like.

I have commissions planned, more character designs in the works, world design ideas I want to make happen... It's a lot! We'll see how much I can manage to do, while also maintaining a healthier balance of free time (as well as my full time job on top x_x)

Times are rough all around right now, but I hope next year is kinder to us all in any way possible! Just know that you matter, and I really appreciate all of you so much! <3
