I didn’t know either; from Urban Dictionary:
Abbreviated form of 落書き (Rakugaki -> RKGK), meaning scribble or doodle. Commonly used by Japanese Twitter artists, even when the artwork is superb.
yep. every time i see this caption either the artist has posted a doodle of a little scrunkly or i find myself emailing the louvre again despite their repeated requests
