Been mulling around the concept of "god of warnings" lately. Always had a fascination with warning signs, disclaimers, advisories, alerts, etc.
There's a bunch of different kinds and motivations for warnings, and some are more readily noticed or heeded than others. Have you ever seen a warning sign or disclaimer that inexplicably struck you heavily? That you can't stop thinking about despite having read and ignored similar warnings in the past? That's the kinda influence I imagine being involved.
Could expand into aspects like "viewer discretion is advised" and content rating systems, as well as stuff like omens of course.
A miracle from the God of Warning could be similar to, say,an abstract sculptures intended to communicate a specific warning to all who see it even millenia in the future.
The closest thing to a grand temple would be something like one of those geoscaping projects intended to make nuclear waste disposal sites look inherently ominous for generations through abstract semiotics.
