In no particular order:
We Have Accidently Borrowed Your Votedisk (PC 64k intro by Razor 1911)
This is where it all started for me — the first demo I remember seeing, all the way back in 2011.
No Invitation (PC demo by Ninjadev)
The soundtrack for which will be burned into my brain for all eternity.
Overdrive II (Sega Mega Drive demo by Titan)
Maybe a cliché pick but it just slaps in every way.
Logon’s run - 3D meets the aging bits (Amstrad CPC demo by Logon System)
So stylish, soundtrack’s catchy as hell, and such a brilliantly clever trick making it all work.
The Fall (Amiga demo by The Deadliners & Lemon)
I remember falling in love with this at my first IRL demoparty.
La Vie Opportuniste (PC 4k intro by Razor 1911)
Indescribably beautiful.
Milkdrop (4k Executable Graphics by Noobody / Horology)
I found this while building executable.graphics, and thought it was incredible. I don’t think I’ve seen a 3D fluid sim in a sizecoded prod since, and this was released a decade ago.

International Shipping (4k Executable Graphics by Suricrasia Online)
To which, upon seeing this in the party hall, I loudly exclaimed “oh fuck off” (or words to that effect) in pure admiration. This piece showed me what was possible in exegfx.

I'm sure I'm missing some but these are the ones that come to mind
