невероятно вообще, как до 2022 года я тихо-мирно жила как открытая трансгендерная женщина (в Мск) и не особо тужила, коллеги по работе это всё оценивали как "ну вот, она много думала, но в конце концов сменила пол. такое бывает" - и было заметно проще быть трансгендерной девушкой, чем, скажем, геем. а тут хо-бана, и за год трансгендеры стали главным врагом государства номер один. поразительно, бля.

"Restrictions on leaving" usually only apply to military-aged men (or other people who could be drafted). In practice though, there's the following problems:
this is assuming you don't have family still left in your country that you can't leave behind, AND you're eligible for visa/asylum, AND you have money

the "marriage annulment" provision is confusing. How's the registry office gonna know whether someone transitioned or not, outside of getting new documents post-transition in an existing marriage (a practice already eliminated by this bill)? Are they actually gonna check the contents of the person's underpants?
