We unexpectedly have a spare bedroom or two in the housing co-op -- perks include:

1. pile of queers
2. low and flexible cost of living
3. large, nice house
4. no landlord, we collectively own the place
5. decent internet, on a bus line
   Cons:
6. we only have one kitchen, even though it's a nice kitchen
7. it's not separate apartments (everyone gets their own bedroom tho)
8. we're painting and DIYing stuff on the house and you'd have to pitch in on that
