for the past few month, every once in a while (usually doing high-traffic activies like watching a video but maybe just freuency illusion) my connection just disappears for like 10 seconds. When looking at task manager, in these periods there is 0 outgoing/ingoing traffic but then a huge spike (in Gbps range despite my isp's speed only being ~90 Mbps) for half a second as if these packets all arrive simultaneously
mom says she's experiencing this on her pc too so it can't be my network card. We are both connected to the same router via ethernet
