As a Crohn's haver, my only thought is getting IV fluids if you are like, getting to the point of dehydrated where activities are difficult. Otherwise yeah, every time I was really sick and drs were like "why didn't you go to the ER" I'm like "bc they only care if I'm in constant pain or shitting blood and since I wasn't, I didn't go!"
