you might have previously blocked the necessary permissions on your web browser? i managed to get it working with a bit of tinkering
I'm not an ios expert, so I'm just sort of guessing here: you're using the built-in web browser, there should be a menu in Settings that lets you look at specific app settings. Check the browser (safari?) there and see if there are any options for permissions, particularly for file and/or camera access.
I'm on android tho, so maybe apple just forces settings that breaks file upload! They do that kind of stuff 🙃
I did some poking and uploading works fine if I open cohost in safari, but not from the app shortcut I put on my homepage?? COMPUTERS!!
