Last night I dreamed that I was creating this beach, or ocean area, in the Source Engine. My friends and I were supposedly going to be able to physically go there to hang out. The maps were supposed to be set up so that they looped around, i.e. you went to the left and reappeared on the right, but even in the dream I wasn't sure how to accomplish this (waking-me now realizes that this might be doable using the "world portal" system), and the dream made up some nonsense about using the "3D skybox" system the Source Engine has always had.
