brighten the corners is the best pavement album
October over and over
Kicking and dreaming of you without
any tattoos but the one on your back,
the one that I drew.
Ran into Greg from Del Paxton at the gig last night, on October’s eve and remembered: Del Paxton has a new full length coming out on October 4th. You should give them a shot. An emo band that draws more from Superchunk and Built To Spill than their contemporaries, Del Paxton is one of my hometown’s best kept secrets. Go Bills.
no offense but i thought you needed to do some arcane css wizardry to get things to embed properly on here
but i have rubbed my two brain cells and figured it out: now for the first time ever, i’m promoting my band The Weak Days
Use Big Words is probably the most slept on band of the emo revival. And that’s nobody’s fault; they put out two flawless EPs in 2015, played a handful of local shows, and then mostly continued playing in their other full time bands. I’m only two songs in, but I’m pretty confident this might sit on my AOTY list.
