Probably a sizeable amount. Some people have to have played the game based on that meme, only to find out the game, by turning the police into a special attack, argues for the exact opposite of what that meme says.
i liked the variant someone on something awful came up with for election time: "polls will never help you"
Too many people looking at old video game memes like that and "ALL YOUR BASE" and not playing those old video games instead. Which coincidentally are Mega Drive games that rule.
