Kagerou Densetsu for the Famicom from Pixel (not Pixel Multimedia). An odd game: part action, part RPG, and a print ad that rips off of Dragon Ball (below).
Pixel published some original games for the MSX prior to this, but this is the only other game they ever published. They mostly worked as a contract developer, yet they did not develop Kagerou Densetsu. It was developed by a frequent Taito contractor called I.T.L (with two periods). Keeping that in mind...
There's a hidden Taito credit (above). Was Taito originally going to publish this? Was this supposed to part of the extended Legend of Kage universe? The mind reels.
