It's true, I was a kid with lesbian parents in the '90s and libraries (specifically public ones, I had to get Parental Permission to look up the word "homosexual" in Encarta at the school library [my mom did, in fact, give me permission to look up this word]) were a godsend for info. A big Thank You to Libraries from the Lesbian Community
