So here's the location on google street view. Pretty typical industrial district hole in the wall. It's kind of fun to imagine a small group of people shoving cages into olive jars in this little building. Love the painted over shutter where you used to be able to load and unload.
The logo on the wall kind of caught my eye, because it's just damaged enough to be hard to read, but after some rambling around various search engines I tracked them down - variously either "Action Manufacturing Systems, Inc" or "Action Equipment Systems, Inc" - and their entire business model is kind of great. They make... wheel attachments for construction vehicles?? Look at these wheels. I don't know what any of them do. Anyway their website at the now-dead actionequip.net is GLORIOUS and I think everyone here should appreciate it in its various incarnations.

Look at that enthusiastic "model of the month" image. No one makes websites this good anymore.
Beyond that, the unit seems to have had an endless succession of tenants, most of which have never had any web presence, but special shoutout to the incredibly named "Elizabeth's End" who was a tenant in 2014 and was apparently a stealth marijuana grow outfit and whose only internet presence is a news article about them being raided. Great name.
