Misty

I find this flyer for Konami's Rock'n Rage very charming, something about the character proportions, their faces, and the mysterious hand in the background makes for a combination that's both goofy looking and rather mysterious. Going off the name alone, I sure didn't expect it to be a run and gun before I googled the name, but considering that I'm a big fan of the genre, I sure ain't complaining!
