Shapeways is the big name in the space, but their pricing is prohibitive unless you're using it for production: https://www.shapeways.com/
that said, looking at PCBWay's prices for something I printed last night, if you foresee needing to print more than about... 5 of something and you don't need mechanical strength or heat resistance, I legitimately might just say "buy a cheapish 3D printer of your own"
Haha, as it turns out I need exactly three for the project I'm doing. They're large cartridge shells (read: VHS-sized) for DIY game cartridges.
someone at our makerspace uses CraftCloud3d and my partner is waiting for a project from them rn, but idk if theyre like, legit good or not yet
