My favourite bug in the popover notification userscript is that notifications from deleted posts get marked as being by @undefined, thanks to a Javascript quirk. And @undefined is a real user, so clicking on the notifications just takes me to their timeline

kinda reminds me of that time a guy set his license plate to be named null, which caused him to be getting around thousands of dollars in debt of speeding tickets and unpaid tolls
