So I was talking about the Original Xbox, and how it's possibly the most underrated console. It's really only viewed as The Halo Machine, which is SO unfair to it. Halo is good, yes, we all know that. But there's so much more. What people DON'T know is that there were a lot of JP exclusive games on the console

That's a really weird thing to think about today. The Xbox sells like fucking garbage in Japan. But at the time, no one knew it would flop so hard, and a lot of Sega devs jumped over to being Xbox devs because they weren't Nintendo or Sony. Unfortunately, this means a lot of them are SUPER obscure. Case in point, today's game, Drihoo

This game is a bizarre gem!

The original Xbox (somehow not the Xbox One, despite being the first Xbox) is also home to Wild Rings, a fairly competent Fire Pro Wrestling clone with vastly superior graphics to Fire Pro Wrestling. Human's tried to bring the series into 3D before, but it seems the developers of Wild Rings came closer to nailing it than they ever did.

OK, I was wondering what was going on with that credit and it was bugging me, so I did some digging.

Highwaystar, the Drihoo people, went bankrupt in 2007. They did exclusively contracting work for other companies 2002-2007. Live-a-Live has a credit for "Highway Star Inc.", a totally different company that seems to be an artist management company? Probably the management for some of the voice actors. I guess someone who added the companies in Mobygames thought they were the same company.
