Somehow despite how good everything else in the game is, my favorite ending is still the Murder Dog Pleads Guilty ending. Some real iconic quotes in that one

truly one of the greats (although i've only really played Murder Dog IV and 10 Beautiful Postcards, both of which I love very much)
