thonks it's meant to be a sticker from LINE, a messaging app that's popular in japan. i have it implemented as a sticker on my discord server and as soon as i found out this site lets you have animated avatars, i had to use it.
the only thing is that it's only meant a to play 2 times then pause on the final frame and it seems no matter how many times i set it to play, it only played once unless i made it loop infinitely after i uploaded it and refreshed the page here. that's fine though it's probably better like this as an avatar.
