i love the resident evil live-action movies because you can tell where the "oh god they're still paying us to make these" point is.

RE 1: a viral outbreak occurs in an underground lab, a squad is sent to investigate (fits the games).

RE 2: the infection spreads to Raccoon city and umbrella prepares to nuke it. Nemesis is there (relatively accurate).

RE 3: the entire world has fallen in five years and there's a facility making clones of the main character also she has telekinetic powers now (weeeeeeeeeeeeee)

don't get me fucking started on Retribution's city simulations and russian zombie soldiers. even as a dumb teenager i just couldn't do it anymore.

look im not saying these are good films but i am saying there's a Zombie Crow scene. you can't rate that, you can't put that on a quality scale. Zombie Crows. that's called fucking cinema.

say what you will of the films but they got the music so perfectly RE it's ridiculous. Main Theme is one of my favourite tracks in anything resident evil, i love it that much.
