i'd forgotten that tallarico finally got disproven on each of "his" Black Knight tracks. congratulations to Black Dawn composer Todd Dennis! see ya fffffffucker.
yakuza's crime saga/personal character arc mixes are really starting to become at odds, 3 especially. you get these giant chunks of time dedicated to one or the other, rarely both, and eventually the latter becomes near tangential.
3 has a chapter literally called "The Plot" and it's 40 minutes of cutscenes explaining itself. nonstop exposition, all sense of mystery gone, all to get the spirograph twists and turns over with and tie Kiryu's personal stake back in. this is what we in the Pacing business call "A Brick Wall."
it's so frustrating since 3 actually has THE strongest emotional moments in the entire series so far. i cried at one bit! i just wish Yakuza would figure itself out and weave these elements together better.
once again, 0 did this brilliantly and im regretting starting there sldkfj.
