it's basically superimposing a cutscene over the game's environment. ive never seen this before on PS2, creates some unbelievable visuals.

i totally get the point of stealing party members in an RPG for story/challenge reasons but im holding it against FFX since i just turned my healer into a spell-slinging god of destruction and it decided to kidnap her for four hours.
love the class customization in this game, even with the standard sphere grid which i chose. FFX handed me some free BLM abilities and i had no idea what to do with them
until i saw the healer's magic stat and went "wait a second"
