they are... interesting. all chill.
Amy's Theme
- has the best vocal performance of the three. the percussive breakdown is really funny, its unexpected, something i wouldve done back in the day lmao. i think the mix on the drums is a bit odd, its too overlaid on top of the track
Knuckles' Theme
- that central melody sounds so "early 2010s top 40 pop". i can name a dozen singles from that era with the exact same style. still probably my favourite and most distinctive of the three, even though i struggle to associate it with knuckles.
Tails' Theme
- ehhhh, not doing alot. its slightly too subdued but im hoping it was just an awkward cut. couldnt pick out a particular element. same mixing oddity as Amy's Theme.
overall, SONIC CHARACTER THEMES. YES YES YES YES YES. need to hear the full versions for an opinion.
