I've started running with the Koreatown Run Club in the last week and this is representative of my experience.

I mostly climb, but I usually also run before or after each session. When I went to the gym last night, most of the walls were closed because they were setting up for comp. Treadmills were open and I set a new 5k best at 29:51. Been trying to get that time under 30 for over a year!

This took me a couple tries before I felt secure enough on the middle holds to make the reach. Then I just had to crush the holds the end.

I also came in with a good run today at 3 miles in 30:51. Aiming for a 5k in under 30.
