hey so if you've ordered from my shop lately and you feel like you've waited longer than a week for it to ship or haven't gotten a response to a message quickly-- i am so sorry. Etsy has been pulling some shit on me, today i found out that it was totally lying about the shipping deadline for an order i had in the queue AND it had not notified me on desktop OR mobile of an unread message for TWO DAYS. i'm going to be keeping a much closer and more paranoid watch on things-- it's frustrating that i'm doing my best to keep high standards (and Etsy expects me to do so) and the tools that are supposed to help me meet those standards do not seem to be working correctly right now!!
