i kept forgetting, during breakfast, if i'd taken my ADHD meds (and also being bad at refilling my weekly pill boxes sldfkjghfds) so i've been keeping 3 things by my bed every night:

-a Little Snack (crackers or snacky bars)
-vacuum-sealed bottle of nice cold water (cat-proof and won't be Gross in the morning)
-my meds

now i just take them before i ever get out of bed. i am not allowed to leave bed until i take them.* this also shortens my morning booting-up time and since i have slow-release vyvanse it also helps prevent them from keeping me awake way too late

best plans, honestly. i keep my water bottle right next to my bed and have taken to putting a granola bar or w/e on my nightstand to have something in the morning before i feel like getting out of bed, and it really does help a lot

For me it was getting one of those pill holders that's a full month. Did i take my adhd meds this morning? Well the box for the 30th is empty looks like I'm good! The food and water ready right next to the bed is brilliant i might steal that and add it to my routine
