making this post for little musings and hopeful updates but here's a list of things I'd looove to buy when the new year bonus comes around pspsps
- computer speakers: not sure what kind, probably small, but i'd like to have something that doesn't require me to have headphones on all the time... and that isn't my little bluetooth speaker that bugs out every so often (which I'd like to keep in my room for sleepy time)
- scanner OR printer/scanner combo?: this one I'm still hesitating on... I've been using the same scanner for the past 15 years and it stopped being supported on win8 LOL and truthfully I only need the scanning part really. But I also want to be able to print things at home... (can you imagine... mini prints...... making mini fanzines... one can dream)
- a CD player: i don't have a lot of CDs but I kinda wish I had more and I wish i could listen to them easily...like i'm rly thinking of a nice home CD player but again I know nothing and I have to research and consider my budget etc etc. but like. one can dream. this is seriously bottom priority
It would also be hella nice if I got my stuff shipped to me bc I'd get my CD collection back (it's mostly from my teens so looots of emo shit) and have an excuse. but that is also $$$
like i can't believe how much I think about these upgrades and how I never commit bc it's a lot of money but ALSO it would be neat and improve my life greatly 😩😩😩
i got computer speakers!! after some research and settling on a very small budget (less than 40 bucks), I got the Creative Pebble speakers. They are rather small but all the reviews said they had very good sound quality for size and price and i have been liking them so far.
I'm looking forward to just vibing around the living room without having to be at my desk 😅
