I learned that you can load an iso of a dvd with vlc and it can just play it.
Also i ripped a dvd today.

I learned that you can load an iso of a dvd with vlc and it can just play it.
Also i ripped a dvd today.
I prefer using something like Handbrake to actually compress the video. No sense in having 720ร480 MPEG2 video taking up as much as 4.7 GB for no reason (or even double that if it's dual-layer). You do lose out on DVD features, mind...
Oh def. This was just something I still had in plastic and we wanted to watch after a relative brought it up when we were out of town. I wanted lowest effort to play it, and considered just plugging the laptop with the dvd drive into tue TV for a bit
