Repeating my sagest advice: if your life is a disaster, trying to make up your mind to turn over a new leaf and fix everything at once will NOT work. You’ll get overwhelmed and give up in a matter of days.
Pick ONE thing — “I will remember to brush my teeth”, “I will go to bed by midnight” — and only worry about that until it no longer feels like a total drag you have to force yourself through (usually several weeks). Only then can you address the next crisis down the list.
And each one will get a little easier because there are fewer crises in progress.
