It's both of those, while also being a vinesauce joel fangame, and also there are invisible anthro cat women
It's a bit of a slowburn on the horror aspect, receiving deep-space transmissions and processing them while strange things happen around you
To my knowledge the horror aspects ramp up with time, including transmissions that can actively harm you to record
It's a signal processing simulator kind of a game but you're in rural Switzerland and aliens ARE coming for you and spooky stuff IS out there. Good if you want to believe
