a bit i love is when you relay a numerical amount to someone but like set it up to make the amount sound like it's going to be somewhat excessive but not unreasonably so and then you lead the sentence on like this until at the last possible moment you add on to it to reveal that the actual number is just absurdly extremely fucked up. gets me every time and whenever i am blessed with the opportunity to relay such a number i always try my best to pull it off
