i think it's kinda awesome how my dad just refutes everything i say that he disagrees with without ever stopping to think about whether or not his refutation actually makes and sense or whether all of his beliefs are objective fact or if he is potentially not infallible and capable of being wrong about something

#t.o #really funny how everyone agrees that sometimes people have strong beliefs that might not be right but that they will still uphold because it's easier #and they even agree that they also probably have said beliefs. but when you actually try to challenge any of their beliefs they forget about all of that basically instantly
