Take your batteries out of your wii remotes while not in use!!! Wii remotes constantly draw power from batteries whether they're on or not, and this will lead to battery acid damage. If possible, I personally recommend getting third party rechargeable Wiimote batteries that come with a charging stand as well. It will make your life so much easier. Too many Wii remotes have been damaged or rendered unusable due to battery acid corrosion. Don't let yours be next! There's only a finite number of first party Wii remotes on the secondhand market, and the third party ones aren't exactly up to par.

using a website where you can't change your username is an experience because. sure there are those who leave a trail of abandoned accounts in their wake every time they want to rebrand. but you're bound to run into someone who has a pretty consistent name everywhere else, something you've come to expect from them. but you click on their profile for That One Site and it's some shit like herobrinefan420
