right? and it's usually over trust issues or something. you know as if non-shapeshifters can't be totally manipulative and untrustworthy b-words to begin with. 🙄
hell, a shapeshifter society could easily lead to people who are more trustworthy, because they might have all kinds of expectations and standards built up around that kind of thing.
