So some time back a friend of mine on discord was asking for requests to do some simple request sketches, and rather than give any one of my OCs I told her to draw me a dragon princess, and by God did she deliver. After some discussion with another friend who is also a known Dragon Appreciator, she dropped the name Petunia for her and I couldn’t imagine her being named anything else now.
As for what happened to her, well an evil wizard who held a grudge against the royal family cursed the tiara of the princess to transform whoever is crowned with it to transform into a beast reflective of what is in their heart, however Petunia was incredibly pure of heart and in turn became extremely friend shaped, and well. She kind of really loves it. Besides the physical form being incredibly soft and weighty, Petunia can’t help but revel in the unbelievable size difference between her and her kingdom, but she does her best, however poorly, to try and hide the fact that she never wants to go back to being a human from her royal court as they all scramble to find some means of changing her back. She also inhabits the same fantasy setting as Grieves does and they interact every now and again. As simple of a fella as he is, Grieves can actually see right through her and can tell she’s really into this new form, so Petunia is very glad to bring him on board for quests with the understanding that he won’t try to “fix” her.
