Eorzea does not precisely have a rich tobacco culture with shops in every town! So, you gotta either rely on imports from y'know, Thavnair or places far flung. It exists! There are cigars after all, but for cigarettes, kretek's like mine. You have to get creative sometimes. Araragi in Doma supplies me with my paper, I get my oils and tobacco from Thavnair. I usually roll my own, with a little hand machine. That's why my paper is the colour it is! If you see me with a black or a white one, that means it's purchased, likely on a trip to Thavnair or other far flung places.
