D: That's not good. I've been running into that lately and it sucks. Practically been a zombie these past two weeks. Counting sheep never worked for me, BUT something that works about 40% of the time for me(I know, not a great track record but it's something) is I just start imagining all sorts of situations that make me feel comfortable and peaceful and without worry. I really focus in on the happy details of things and how they make me feel. Like I said, works only about 40% of the time, but, worth a shot?
