3 hours in, still trying to find where I plug in the front panel cables
Now to figure out what I did wrong since it keeps cutting off soon after booting.
Ah, that may be the issue. CPU is jumpin to 90 degrees immediately
I assume that's the reason for the red light telling me I connected somethin wrong
which turns out wouldn't have helped much since I didn't know I needed to buy a cooler to go with the cpu. Soooo I'm learning quite a bit with all this.
I've decided to return the 7600x I bought and just get a 7600 after reading about how terribly hot the x gets and that's proooobs not a good idea in my environment even IF I splurge on the most expensive liquid cooler.
Lmao I picked the x cuz I thought "It's got x after the numbers, it must be better right?" Blaaaaaaah lessons learned I suppose.
I mean, it does perform better. I'm just not in the best spot to provide proper cooling for the thing.
😖 dammit I just noticed the bent pin, there go my plans of playing Dawntrail on this new pc. Hopefully I can at least fix it once the magnifying glass arrives.
