Apologies for not giving a visual description of the image, as it is, I suppose, a technical diagram with detailed features. Looking back, I kindof can't believe we used these things. The Kworld in particular was a cheap device primarily designed to pirate DVDs, but it worked well enough for us. Hell I think I still have mine somewhere.
I still remember when random grognards posted in the thread that I was gonna burn my apartment down with all this, and I replied that the power draw of four gamecubes and a wii was less than one XBOX 360 and that more or less shut them up. I did not, at that, burn my apartment down.
Looking at this, you might think we were driven. I've been there but this wasn't that. We didn't have an aim, we had fun.
Do you know how bad capture hardware was to work with? (and sort of still is?) The idea that this was possible at all is nothing short of a miracle.
