he's sooo skittish, especially about the sound of the door opening. he even pet himself a little bit on my outstretched hand!!!
she smells like cigarettes. tolerates the sound of the door moving now because i come out and pet her belly
-Boots (pictured previously, fluffy, cautious, loves to gaze in bewilderment and flop around on the ground and get covered in sawdust)
-Socks (pictured above, thick, demanding, loud, will bite you out of sheer affection if you pet him too much)
-Not Boots (not pictured, tortoiseshell but with white boots. extremely skittish. is not Boots)
-Birthday Cat (ginger, with an ornate collar, has only ever appeared once, on my birthday. no pic)
she's been following me around as i do yaed work and yelling at me at all times that i am not petting her
