I've never seen an nvme heat sink before, but my new drive came with one so why not. Whilst I enjoy the chewing gumliness of these drives, I do enjoy the satisfyingly hefty chunk that this (still diminutive) piece of hardware has turned into.
It's a large storage replacement for my server's mechanical drive! So no more hours of unpacking 4K video from Usenet, patient loading of files from Plex and such or noisy hard drive sounds...
