Post Your Heart Out! πŸ’š

Hi! I'm Daisy πŸŒΌπŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ

Heartbreaking Xrd Millia. Sometimes I post about things I enjoy. I also gpose with my FFXIV WoL. Mostly I'm here to chill and watch the feed. You are welcome to hang around and see what falls out.

played some games with @cindervision over lunch (ggs leigh πŸ’šπŸ’š) and now that I've built up enough experience to remember the 30f wakeup timing, i'm like... trying to figure out the consequences of 30f wakeup timing?? typically a Millia late disc provides two mixups in the corner (since the disc arrives late) but since Chipp takes so long to wake up, it seemed like I was only ever getting one mixup off disc and then Leigh was able to mash out at a point where I'd normally expect to have a second disc hit covering me.

so, interesting! probably i need to actually research the different disc timings (s-pin, s-pin -> haircar, maybe h pin as a delay?) and see how Chipp wakes up against them. even without getting into options, just knowing how the disc will land is a good first step to know what to do after the disc is set. the more i learn and execute things, the more i'm like "damn, millia is fucked up." it's fun

I'm also currently learning to deal with different wakeup timings, by which I mean "wow I've gotten thrown a lot recently for my mix being too early/too late". I need to see if there's, like, setups I can do that kill the right number of frames for various characters. I know Pat has been doing some framekill setups lately (like sj j.K before deciding whether or not to fdc and fall down) and maybe this is why
